This is an appeal from the trial courts denial of a motion under Rule 60(b), W.R.C.P., to set aside orders dismissing employees claims for workers compensation benefits. It is unique in that the employer, Apollo Drilling (Apollo), is the party which sought to have the orders dismissing the claims set aside. We find that Apollo has failed to carry its burden of showing that the trial court abused its discretion in denying the motion.
