This bar disciplinary action began after Richard Alan Horwitz was convicted of two counts of negligent homicide. As a result of these convictions, this court placed Horwitz on interim suspension from the practice of law. Rule 52(c), Ariz. R. Sup. Ct. (hereinafter "Rule "). This court's Disciplinary Commission ("Commission") recommended that Horwitz be disbarred, and he filed a timely notice of appeal. We have jurisdiction pursuant to Rules 46(a) and 53(e) and Ariz. Const. art. 6, § 5(3).
